The Brooklyn NAACP is proud to join the Lesbian Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Center for a networking mixer and panel discussion where we will dissect our criminal justice system, and the impact it has on LGBTQ People of Color. The event takes place Thursday, October 3 from 6:00pm to 8:30pm at the offices of Twitter, 249 W. 17th Street, New York, NY 10011.
The panel will be moderated by Shijuade Kadree, Chief Advocacy Officer at The Center, and feature speakers including Chinyere Ezie (Center for Constitutional Rights), Zellie Imani (Black Liberation Collective), George M. Johnson (Afropunk) and more!
