Our celebration of Black History Month continues this Sunday at 4:00 PM as we celebrate the late great heroine Ella Baker together with the youth department and congregation of Greater St. Stephen United Church of God with host pastor Bishop Marvin D. Williams, Sr.

naacp_sunday2.pngThe youth have written and will perform a brief play in honor of Ella Baker, a personal hero and one of the most influential women of the civil rights movement. It is a great time to gather your friends and family and renew your commitment and membership to the NAACP with your attendance.

Light refreshments will be served and you can be sure it will be a great time.

Come let us celebrate our Black history together in honor of our ancestors who did not rest and sought freedom at all costs.
