Conversations Towards Community Healing: Race, Community & Action


In light of the recent events in New York City, Ferguson, Cleveland and across the nation, communities are in pain. New Yorkers are experiencing how this collective pain is giving rise to tensions, actions and growing divides between and within groups. NASW-NYC, Brooklyn NAACP and TWU-Local 100 are joining efforts to organize this important conversation of learning, communicating and healing together.

  • Break into small groups to share experiences and plan together to make sustainable changes in our communities.
