Michele McPhun is a proven leader with over 15 years of high-performance administrative and office support to senior level management. A graduate of Pace University - Pleasantville New York, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business - Human Resource Management . In addition to the NAACP Brooklyn chapter, she is also a member of Eastern Star - Scottish Rite - Brooklyn Chapter 69, National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., and Concord Baptist Church. A loyal and dedicated resident of Brooklyn for over 35 years, with deep passion for the struggle of social justice. Michele brings excellent organizational skills and a great dedication to the mission and continued work of the NAACP. Michele currently works at TIAA-CREF, Equity Portfolio Management, as an Administrative Assistant, where she is valued for her ability to manage daily operations, meet deadlines, and develop new processes and procedures to enhance performance and increase productivity. Her hobbies include roller-skating, ballroom dancing, reading, and international travel.
